White Dove Women Alliance for Peace Security and Development (WAPSED) is run by a board of trustees and an executive council made up of individuals of diverse professions and leanings.

The day-to-day administration of the organization is managed by the executive director, six members of staff, and regional coordinators whose activities center on designing and planning projects, and implementing and executing such projects toward the realization of organizational goals.

The executive director participates actively in the administration of the organization. She is tasked with the responsibility of providing strategic leadership and ensuring that intended programs meet the needs of the target group.
